The 54th Berlin International Film Festival which is held in Berlin every year announced the names of the jury in this year’s festival. Samira Makhmalbaf, the Iranian filmmaker has been mentioned to be among the jury.

The shooting of the feature film ‘Stray Dogs’ by Marziyeh Meshkiny ended in Afghanistan. Presently, the film is being edited in Rasaneh Pooya Co. in Iran.

 
In view of the screening of ‘Joy of Madness’ by Hana Makhmalbaf and ‘How Samira Made the Blackboard’ by Meysam Makhmalbaf, the two Iranian directors will attend Berlin’s International House of Cultures in Germany on 26-28 March 2004.
