Ten Chinese filmmakers directed a ten-episodic feature film "Like Life" with the guidance and supervision of Iranian director Mohsen Makhmalbaf.
The film "Like Life" focuses on family problems in modern China. Producer of the film is China's first international training camp (An independent, nongovernmental organisation), which held its eighth edition in July this year.
From the Four hundred filmmakers with a bachelor's and master's degree in cinema from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Malaysia whom signed up to participate in the project, Mr Makhmalbaf chose only ten to direct the project.
Mohsen Makhmalbaf accompanied and guided the filmmakers at all stages of making this film, from screenwriting to production, editing and post production.
The project was completed in collaboration with ten directors, three directors of photography, ten cameramen, ten sound engineers, ten production managers and fifty actors on July 26th 2019.
Mohsen Makhmalbaf is a prominent Iranian director, producer, writer and editor who has made more than 20 feature films. Mr Makhmalbaf, has received over 50 prestigious international awards, and have been heading the jury of numerous film festivals around the world....
